The TACAMO Community Veterans Association (TCVA) is proud to announce Oklahoma City as the first official chapter, setting the foundation for future growth and strengthening our global community of TACAMO veterans, active-duty personnel, and supporters.

Some ideas for the Oklahoma City Chapter include:

• Hosting monthly luncheons (preferably), providing a regular opportunity for fellowship and networking.

• Supporting Navy League and TACAMO Wing activities through planning assistance and volunteer manpower.

• Representing TCVA at TACAMO quarterly and annual awards luncheons.

• Facilitating an annual “Meet and Greet the Fleet Old Timers Fly-In,” including the presentation of the TACAMO Eagle Award to all Commodores and Honorary recipients.

• Coordinating fundraising efforts as determined by chapter membership. Participation will require no additional dues beyond annual TCVA membership.

• Organizing guest speakers for monthly or annual luncheons, including TACAMO leadership (Officers and Chiefs); each guest speaker will bring a “white hat to lunch.”

• Soliciting input for various TCVA scholarship programs.

Arranging on-site presentations of TCVA annual scholarship awards (when winners are local) at luncheons if they are unable to attend the reunion.

We look forward to building a strong, active chapter that honors our shared heritage and supports the TACAMO community!

Chapter Meetings
The OKC chapter meets on the first Friday of every month at the Tinker Events Center
The next chapter meeting is on Friday, 5 June 2026 at 1500
Agenda: TBD

TACAMO Appreciation Days Hot Wash

During the TACAMO Appreciation Days, Captain Steve Mills’s work so graciously loaned TCVA OK CHAP their Mini Van and driver to shuttle TACAMO veterans from the Hotel to the activities on Base and in town.  TCVA OK CHAP made a charitable donation to Signature as well as made a donation (tip) to the driver (pictured below).  It was once again a great Navy Day.
