Did you serve on Guam or in Territorial Waters off Guam from 1962-1980?

Joe Bacarella shared the following:

Anyone who served on Guam or in Territorial Waters off Guam from 1962-1980 may have been exposed to Agent Orange. Honoring Our PACT Act of 2022 is legislation that has been passed by the U.S. House, U.S. Senate and now goes to the President for his signature before being made law. When the Honoring Our PACT Act of 2022 becomes law the VA will begin processing claims.

There are 14 diseases associated with Agent Orange. If you have any one disease you are considered "Presumptive" for exposure to Agent Orange and it's simply a matter of evaluating the % of your VA claim and not if it is a valid claim. If a claim is considered "Presumptive" you don't have to prove your claim...as long as your DD-214 indicates you were there & you have one of the 14 diseases you're approved.
