May 31 – TCVA and The TACAMO Foundation proudly announce the launch of the Award for Excellence in Service (AES)

This award honors the dependents of active-duty sailors who show a strong personal dedication to improving the local Oklahoma public or military community. It celebrates the quiet but powerful legacy of William “Buff” Crowell II, whose years of military and civilian service left a lasting impact.
