A ceremony conducted with 16 men in flight suits representing TACAMO PAC Crew 4, including a Flag detail, Bugler, Bag pipes, 21 gun salute, dedication prayer and a speech honoring the sacrifices and service to Our Nation. TACAMO Memorial Monument Dedication

TACAMO Community Veterans Association has developed a complex plan to be conducted with the help from SCW1, US Pacific Command and Pearl Harbor volunteers to dedicate the TACAMO Memorial Stone in the Punchbowl (National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific). On June 8th, 9:30am to 10:30am the dedication will be conducted to remember all the TACAMO fallen and a special ceremony to relieve Crew 4 of the watch. The ceremony will be recorded and produced for presentation at the 2017 TACAMO Reunion Banquet by Ramon Purcell a Photographer, Videographer & Director of RCP Photography.

TACAMO Fallen Brother Fred Niklaus

December 12, 1952 - November 2, 2016 Frederick J. Niklaus, 63, formerly of Maryland and most recently of Muncy, died Wednesday, November 2, 2016, at his mother’s home in Muncy after an extended illness. Born December 12, 1952, in Williamsport, he was a son of the late Frederick Sterling Niklaus, Jr. and Doris Irene (Karschner) Niklaus, who survives. Frederick was a 1970 graduate of Kaiserslautern High School, Germany. He spent 20 years in the United States Navy where he served as a Senior Chief Aviation Electronic Technician. After his time in the military he worked for BAE Systems in Maryland. Frederick was a longtime member of the NRA and American Legion in Maryland. He loved tinkering w

TACAMO Fallen Brother Thomas Holland

Feb 26th, 1951-May 11th, 2017 Thomas J. Holland, age 66, of Hardy, Arkansas passed away on Thursday May, 11 2017, in the comfort of his own home. Thomas was born on February 26, 1951 in Jonesboro, Arkansas to the late Max Holland and Mildred Wheeler Holland-Pearson. Thomas served our country in the U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Navy and Army National Guard. He was a U.S. Veteran who served in Vietnam. As an RN, his true calling was taking care of critically ill premature babies at the Newborn Center in Memphis, Tennessee. He was also a devoted member of the First Baptist Church of Cherokee Village, Arkansas. Thomas loved his family, his country and his Savior. Thomas is survived by wife Lynn
