November 30, 1941 – December 16, 2024 Francis "Frank" Warren Hilton, Jr., 83, of Severna Park, Maryland, passed away peacefully on December 16, 2024. He was born on November 30, 1941, in Albany, NY. Frank grew up leading his brothers on epic adventures in and around Albany. At the same time, he dreamed of becoming a Naval Officer and a pilot.
